We carry out automatic all-over fabric positioning, or positioning by hand with panel prints or pleated fabrics.
Both automatic and manual cutting techniques with specific cutters based on the type of fabric.

Management of all phases
Garment production
Advanced machinery is required to produce our fine garments. Roberta Neri owns many technological electronic machines, multi-height overlock machines, 5-thread and linear sewing machines, overlock machines for rolled hem with self-adjusting Framillon insertion, stitching machines with insertion of crochet nylon thread, zig zag, machines for blind stitch , two and three needle- machines with relative collarette cutter, Scooby Doo machines and programmable machine that creates embroidery stitches.
Buttonhole machines both for shirt, special buttonholes and buttonholes for jackets, stitching machines for embroidery, buttonholer for normal flat buttons and for special buttons.

Finishing and deliveries
The ironing phase is always very delicate and for this reason we co-operate exclusively specialized laboratories. Their work is meticulously checked by our staff both in their companies and at Roberta Neri, prior to shipment. Our garments fulfil the requested requirements always!

Cad for models with piece insertion and plotter for printing patterns. Table for cutting with tenter, band saws for fabric adhesive-coated finishing, presses to put adhesive coating on jackets and presses to put adhesive on small size fabrics. Many kinds of linear machines and overlock machines with several stitch heights.
Rolled hem with pramillon or other yarn insertions, insertion of fishing yarn to create undulating hems, blind stitch, zig zag, electronic machines for special stitches with embroidery effect, two and three needles, two and three needle collar, collarette cutters, stitching machines for trousers. Electronic buttonhole machines for shirts, special buttonholes, electronic buttonholers for flat buttons, machines for press-studs application, rhinestone hanging presses, washing machines and dryers, steamers with steaming top.
